1. Delivery
Once we have processed your order we attempt to deliver all orders within the time frame specified for the product or service which you have chosen. Downloads are available within a few minutes of your payment having been confirmed. Delivery charges apply to all mailed product deliveries.

2. Prices
We unconditionally reserve the right to alter prices as deemed necessary. Changes in prices and offers will appear on our website and in our literature.

3. Returns - Damaged Goods
If upon delivery you find that the product has been damaged in surface mail transit, please notify us immediately by calling 44-(0)1572-757042. Replacement items will normally be sent at no cost to you upon receipt of the damaged goods.

4. Card Transactions
Should a refund of monies be necessary for any reason, this can only be made to the card you used to purchase the goods.

5. Privacy
We respect your privacy by the enforcement of a strict privacy policy. We are registered with The Data Protection Agency.

6. Complaints & Correspondence

7. Your Legal Rights
Your statutory rights are not affected by any of these terms and conditions. However, we reserve the right not to accept or fulfill your orders at any time without giving a reason.
